The Blue Bulls Rugby Referees’ Society would like to congratulate Craig Joubert on his appointment as the referee in the final of the Rugby World Cup this coming Sunday, 23 October 2011.
Craig had an outstanding tournament and he showed his class during the playoff stages by each week delivering a better performance than the previous.
As fellow South Africans and referees, we are proud of Craig on this outstanding achievement.
